CMT will render and structure and restructure all Healthcare and Medical Projects with redefined and defined scope and projections.
CMT will oversee and lead various hospital projects and ensure that they are completed on time, within scope and budget.
CMT will work closely with hospital staff, contractors, vendors, and external stakeholders to facilitate and ensure the smooth execution of healthcare-related initiatives.
This main focus orientation will be on facility improvement, equipment procurement, and compliance and meeting of the healthcare regulations.
CMT will lead and manage healthcare projects, develop project plans, coordinate with various hospital departments, including clinical and non-clinical staff
CMT will give advice on financial aid and management and makes sue to have the optimal usage of hospital resources.
CMT will make the right decisions for the overall approach of the concerned projects towards meeting the organization’s’ quality standards, regulatory requirements, and safety considerations.
